History

With over a decade of experience and expertise, Dr Paul Munsanje MB BCh BaO founded Amara Aesthetics in 2007 after his exposure to General Practice, Radiation Oncology and as medical registrar at the Beacon Hospital. Building

Dr Paul’s team of highly skilled professionals have been offering the latest in advanced skin health treatments from their beautifully restored 4-story over basement Georgian building on 1 Fitzwilliam Street Upper since March 2020. Inside, a series of suites provide luxurious and modern settings for Doctor assessment and conslutation, Coolsculpting, Laser Therapy and Hydrafacial sessions – providing an all encompassing approach to skincare excellence.

Philosophy

The main philosophy in Amara is “less is more”. We repeat this mantra often to remind ourselves that it is not always the person who has more work done that looks best. In actual fact, the person who has less in the right places has a much better result. That’s why a consultation is so important. Most of us have our own perceptions of what our face needs and doesn’t need. But unfortunately, our own perception is hugely, hugely flawed.
