Botox Aftercare Instructions

- Do not touch the treated area for at least 4 hours after your treatment, to avoid infection.
- Avoid rubbing or massaging of the treated area for at least 24 hours.
- Stay upright for 4 hours after treatment to prevent the Botox from moving to unintended areas.
- Avoid strenuous exercise, alcohol, and excessive heat (like saunas) for 24 hours.
- Minor bruising and swelling are normal and should subside within a few days.
